Arriving at the Yoga Coop

Welcome!  We are excited to have you join our open and friendly community.  As you arrive please park in the parking lot on the corner next to the main building and enter through the main building.

Please check in at the desk.

From the main building you can walk over to the Yoga Studio.

Please plan on arriving fifteen minutes prior to the start of class.  

Please silence cellular phones prior to entering the studio.

The studio is an oasis for peace and relaxation.  There may be a class in progress and/or people meditating as you enter so please be mindful of noise levels as you enter.

Shoes should be removed and belongings stored in the cubbies.  Jackets and coats can be hung on the coat racks.

Wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement.  No street clothes or clanging metal jewelry please.   For Kundalini Yoga loose fitted light colored clothing is suggested.  Head coverings are also recommended.  White head covers are available for purchase for $2.

Bring your yoga mat if you have one.  The Yoga Studio also has a limited number of mats.

Bring  water, either bottled or in a closed container.  Please no sodas, sports drinks, or juices; including coconut water.

All props are provided.  However, please feel free to bring your own props or blankets if you have allergies or concerns about cleanliness.

Enter the Yoga Studio, enjoy the meditative music, and allow yourself to relax before class.

We hope you enjoy your experience and invite you to stay for yogi tea and community fellowship after class.

We recommend that you schedule meals after class or have a light snack 1-2 hours beforehand.
